Q.) I have a question. How do I contact you?
A.) Please email info@yumiiwear.com. We ask that you read this page first because we tried to answer the questions that are asked frequently. We get hundreds of emails everyday and to save time we compiled these FAQ's. If you ask a question that is already answered on this page your email will not be answered. We are sorry but we are busy processing orders and we must save as much time as we can.
Q.) Do you wholesale?
A.) No
Q.) How much is shipping and do you ship worldwide?
A.) Shipping is free.
We ship to most countries.
Q.) I just placed an order. When will I get my item(s)?
A.) All payments will be processed between 3-5 business days. Once your payment is processed, we estimate that your item(s) will be shipped out within 10-14 business days. (this does not include weekends or holidays)
All items come from our overseas supplier.
Q.) Do you know when my item will be shipped out to me?
A.) If you are asking this question within 10-14 business days after payment, PLEASE BE PATIENT. You will receive a tracking number usually within the first 4-5 days of payment. If your item have been delayed longer than 10-14 days, you will receive an email update on shipping status.
Q.) It has been exactly 14 days since I made a payment, and I have not received a tracking number. I am concerned because I was told I would receive a confirmation number within 10-14 days.
A.) You will receive a confirmation number within 10-14 BUSINESS days. Business days are different from regualar calendar days. They include Monday through Friday only. Business days do not include Sundays, or holidays. If you are within 10-14 days of payment, do not worry. You will be receiving a confirmation number shortly.
Q.) I typed in my tracking number, and there was no record of my item.
A.) Please try again in 2-3 days. We send out tracking numbers immediately upon shipping. Your package may not have been entered in the system yet.
Q.) Is my information secure?
A.) All orders are processed by yahoo, which is a secure payment site. All Personal/payment information is kept secure and confidential through yahoo. Please visit www.yahoo.com for more information about their privacy policies. yumiiwear keeps Customer information on file through yahoo’s secure Servers for future orders. We will not supply any of your information to third parties.

YUMIIWEAR POLICIES:
SHIPPING: •Shipping is FREE.
please allow between 10-14 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. Keep in mind business days do not include weekends. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays). YUMIIWEAR cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays. In the event that we are running late in shipping an item, we will notify the customer. However, once the package is mailed, it is out of our control and no longer the responsibility of YUMIIWEAR. Your confirmation number will be your only reference for tracking your item after it has been mailed.
•Customers are 100% responsible for providing a full and valid mailing address. Please include apartment number or unit number if applicable.
•In order to ensure delivery of merchandise, YUMIIWEAR does not ship to POBOX’s. If you use a POBOX, please provide an alternate, valid mailing address.
•There are 3 parties responsible for the shipping process. o First: YUMMIIWEAR is responsible for shipping items out in a timely manner. o Second: The shipping agent is responsible for the transit and delivery of packages o Third: The Customer is responsible for ensuring the receipt of their package. • Ideally, the Customer should arrange to be at home at the time they expect a package to arrive. Understandably, this is not always possible. The Customer is responsible for making any arrangements necessary to ensure receipt of their package. This includes, but is not limited to: mail forwarding in the event of a move, placing mail on hold in the event of going on vacation, or assigning an agent or family member to receive or pick up mail. YUMIIWEAR cannot be held responsible for returned orders that are due to Customer negligence.
Tracking: • YUMMIIWEAR automatically emails all customers with a confirmation number once their item(s) have been shipped. Keep in mind items are shipped between 10-14 business days after payments are processed. Please be patient. You will receive a confirmation number within that period of time. So if it is within 1-2 weeks of your order, do not inquire about your tracking number. You will be receiving it soon. Also keep in mind tracking numbers are given immediately upon shipping, so they may not be trackable online for 24 hours. Once again, be patient and try again the next day if your tracking number is not in the system yet.
• We cannot stress how important your PATIENCE is. Some websites that sell similar merchandise do not supply tracking numbers to all their Customers. YUMIIWEAR understands you are anxious to get your items, and we want you to be happy with your shopping experience. We are happy to provide ALL CUSTOMERS with a tracking number. Some websites only offer tracking numbers if a shipment is delayed. Because we offer this service to you, we appreciate your patience and refraining from excessive inquiries about tracking numbers.
• If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a YUMIIWEAR representative will be happy to assist you. Please read shipping guidelines carefully before emailing us. We are very busy with orders, and most questions can be answered here, without emailing us. Excessive inquiries about tracking numbers within 1-2 weeks after payment will not be answered. Remember your confirmation number will be sent automatically within 10-14 business days after payments are processed. Thank you.
RETURN POLICY: •BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
•Any Customer has the right to inquire about a refund or exchange of item(s).
• YUMIIWEAR must approve the reason for return or refund.
•Items mailed back to YUMIIWEAR without notifying us first will not be accepted.
• If we have not shipped your item yet, and for whatever reason you want a refund, please inquire with YUMIIWEAR.
Exchanges: Customers are required to contact YUMIIWEAR within 2 days of receiving item(s). YUMIIWEAR will advise how exchange process works, and Customer must accept the terms of the exchange. Keep in mind, each exchange situation is different, so the terms will be set according to each situation.
• WORN RETURNS that are sent back with obvious signs of wearing, including but not limited to marks, dirt on soles, odor, etc. WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for exchange or refunds.
• Customers are responsible for choosing the right size,color and brand however mistakes do happen
•Unacceptable reasons for a refund or exchange may encompass, but are not limited to, the following: o 1. Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed o 2. Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture o 3. Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer) o 4. Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer o 5. Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery
• If a mistake was made by the customer regarding color, type, or size, we will accept an unworn, unused exchange, but we will charge a 15% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for the shipping back to yumiiwear.
• Customers with return, refund, or exchange inquires MUST contact customer service at info@yumiiwear.com within 2 business days from the date of delivery. In this instance, the Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send back to yumiiwear. It is recommended that Customers with returns obtain a tracking number to ensure the delivery of their item(s) back to yumiiwear. yumiiwear will notify the Customer immediately upon receipt of returned items. yumiiwear cannot be held responsible for any returned items that is lost or not delivered, if they do not have a tracking number.
• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including any accessories (i.e. original tags and original packaging) still attached. item(s) will not be accepted damaged due to poor return shipping.
• yumiiwear reserves the right to void any exchange or refund if these criteria are not met. All returns must be sent within 5 business days of receiving order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
• yumiiwear wishes to ensure your continued satisfaction. For all online purchases, if you wish to modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@yumiiwear.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left the premises to be shipped out to the Customer, the purchase will not be eligible to be canceled or modified.
•yumiiwear offers reasonable prices on unique and unreleased merchandise that are hard to find anywhere else. For this reason, we have many satisfied customers. All merchandise are factory variants and are custom altered.

Customs Charges (Duties)
Some orders for more than 4-5 pairs may be subject to a small customs duty charge All shipments passing through customs are listed as either gifts or samples (not for resale) Bulk orders are drop-shipped from Asia, and are also possibly subject to customs duties We are not responsible for, nor obligated to pay any customs duty taxes for orders placed with us Customs duty charges are rare, but not too expensive when they do occur (20% of shipment value) Duties are based on the value of the shipment. ($100 and under, usually no tax charged) For this reason, clothing may have a customs value of only $10-$50 each
